QDo you have an MOQ?
We do very small MOQ, usually it is just 1000pcs/design, but actual QTY depends on the size and structure. If the size is too small, there will be a higher MOQ. If it is a large product, the MOQ will be lower.
QDo you accept customers' own design?
We offer OEM and ODM services and welcome customers' own designs. We have a professional team with extensive experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas (including logo, text, and visual preference), and we will create the finished layout files for your confirmation.
QCan I get a sample? How much does the proofing cost?
Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free, with a small sample charge for custom designs. Sample charges are refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity. Our professional engineers will evaluate the associated costs based on your design.
QHow long is the sampling process and production process?
Existing samples take 1-3 days. Custom samples take 3-7 days. Production takes 15-20 days for small quantities and 20-25 days for large orders. The actual timeline depends on the product structure and order quantity.
QWhat format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own professional designers. You can provide files in JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF formats, and we will draw the artwork for the mold.
QCan I make the silicone production mold directly instead of a sample mold?
Yes, we can create the production mold directly without making a trial sample mold. However, please note that once the mold is created, it cannot be modified if there is a structural issue. That is why we usually suggest trying a sample mold first so adjustments can be made if necessary.
